Week 1
In the first week, apply the pocket pro to the area needing pain relief:

  • Use the "knead" mode.
  • Apply for one session (15 minutes).
  • Three times a week.
After using the pocket pro, use the massage ball for deep muscle relaxation:
  • Use level 1, with one blue light illuminated.
  • Apply for 15 minutes.
 
Week 2-6
In weeks 2-6, apply the pocket pro to the area needing pain relief:
  • Use the "scrap" mode.
  • Apply for two sessions (30 minutes), six times a week. 
After using the pocket pro, use the massage ball for deep muscle relaxation:
  • Use level 2, with two blue lights illuminated.
  • Apply for 30 minutes.
 
Week 7+
After 7 week, apply the pocket pro to the area needing pain relief:
  • Use the "press" mode.
  • Apply for one session (15 minutes), three times a week.
After using the pocket pro, use the massage ball for deep muscle relaxation:
  • Use level 1, with one blue light illuminated.
  • Apply for 15 minutes.
