Acute Pain User Guide

For individuals experiencing acute pain, the initial moments of an episode are the most excruciating and challenging. It's also the most urgent and effective period for pain relief. However, pain doesn't immediately subside. Following our treatment regimen, you'll gradually discover that while symptoms may not completely disappear, the intensity of discomfort will certainly diminish.


Week 1
During the first wee, you can apply the pocket pro to the targeted area for pain relief:

  • Use the "press" mode.
  • Apply for 2 sessions (30 minutes each).
  • Up to 5 times a week (or 6-7 times if the pain is intense).
After using the pocket pro, follow up with the massage ball for deep muscle relaxation:
  • Use level 2, with 2 blue lights illuminated.
  • Apply for 30 minutes.

Week 2-6
During weeks 2-6 of experiencing pain, apply the pocket pro to the targeted area for pain relief:
  • Use the "knead" mode.
  • Apply for 3 sessions (45 minutes each).
  • Up to 5 times a week.
After using the pocket pro, follow up with the massage ball for deep muscle relaxation:
  • Use level 3, with 3 blue lights illuminated.
  • Apply for 30 minutes.
 
Week 7+
After 7 weeks of experiencing pain, apply the pocket pro to the targeted area for pain relief:
  • Use the "beat" mode.
  • Apply for 1 session (15 minutes each),
  • Up to 3 times a week.
Following the pocket pro, use the massage ball for deep muscle relaxation:
  • Use level 1, with 1 blue light illuminated.
  • Apply for 15 minutes.
