If you purchase a product that is on sale from Olynvolt.com between the dates of November 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023 and the same product is subsequently listed at a lower price on Olynvolt.com at anytime from the date of purchase until 11:59pm MST , December 31th, 2023, you may be eligible for a refund equal to the difference between your purchase price and the lowest marked price. The product must be on sale during the qualifying dates (November 1st, 2023 and December 31st, 2023) for the Price Match Guarantee.

What products are eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?

Products that are on sale and purchased on Olynvolt.com between the dates of November 1st, 2023 and 31st December 2023 are displaying the Black Friday Price Protection Badge

Are Olynvolt products offered through other retailers, whether online or in store, eligible for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?

No. Only products purchased on Olynvolt.com are eligible and only the products that are on sale.

If other retailers, whether online or in store, offer the same product I purchased at Olynvolt.com at a lower price, can I receive a refund for the price difference in accordance with the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee?

No. Only products and prices listed on Olynvolt.com can be used as reference for the Black Friday Price Match Guarantee.

How can I receive my eligible refund?

In order to receive the refund, you must contact Olynvolt Customer Service by by sending an email to Support@olynvolt.com .

How long will it take for the refund to be processed?

Refunds will be processed no later than January 31, 2024 if purchased using a Debit Card, Credit Card, or Gift Card. 

How will my refund be received?

Credit and debit card purchases will be reimbursed on the card used at time of purchase. Gift card purchases will be reimbursed on the gift card used at time of purchase.
