For fitness enthusiasts, strengthening muscles and relieving muscle strain are crucial. So, how to effectively use the Pocket Pro + Massage Ball combo for assistance? Let's break it down into three stages: pre-workout, intermission, and post-workout.Â
Pre-workoutApply our Pocket Pro patches to the areas where muscle exercise/strengthening is needed.
(excluding the chest muscles due to potential risks near the heart.)
- Set the mode to "Relax."
- Use for one session (15 minutes).
- Set it to level 1, indicated by a blue light.
- Use for 15 minutes.
Intermission
During the workout, apply the Pocket Pro patches to the muscles you want to exercise/strengthen.
- Set the mode to "Beat."
- Use one session (15 minutes).
Post-workout
After finishing the workout, apply the Pocket Pro to the areas that need relaxation.
- Set the mode to "Knead."
- Use one session (15 minutes).
- Set it to level 2, with 2 blue lights illuminated.
- Use for 15 minutes.
